Littlest Pet Shop Birthday cake
Made this one for my daughters 7th birthday. Covered with rolled fondant and sprayed with PME pearl spray. Fondant plaque with color flow/run out motif and fondant flowers.
Light vanilla cake, raspberry coulis and raspberry mousse and white whipped choc ganache with finely chopped dark chocolate. Covered in both marzipan & rolled fondant. Mmmm it was really good.

You are all sweet hearts :-) It WAS really delicious. Most of the cakes I make have such kinds of fillings. It makes the cakes more fragile as it need to be in the fridge. It is not often you will get a cake with only BC here. we are a fruit mousse loving country:-)
My daughter was very happy to get such a pretty cake and the plaque was put in my display cabinet i have for all the figurines, flowers ect i make. I have never tried gloss spray though.
Yuliya søde!! Hvor godt at se dig:-) Det var meningen at den skulle have været ganache isted for marcipan men tiden var knap.
