Hiya, i tried these out from your journal website but mine just kept falling apart in the fondant when i tried to coat them! is it best to just cover them from the top once in the cupcase? Thanks and keep up the fab work ;o)

Hi DL. cakes: I place the cake bite/ball on a wire rack and with a spoon ladder the poured fondant over to cover comepletely. I have a plate under the wire rack so that i can reuse the PF. I gave them a double coat. When they were dry I placed them in the cakecase. Thanks Yvis & Naomi :D
