It is a great cupcake book, the amounts of batter are HUGE though! Great for a big party.

My favourite so far are the white choc mud and the hummingbird cakes. So moist and delicious.

I usually halve the recipe.

I too think the cupcake mixture gives more than just 24 cupcakes. It is like you said Amy good to halving the recipes. If only using 12 cupcakes.

Ohh yes that marshmallow frosting looks soo good. I also like the christmas tree cupcake.

I’m in Western Australia and I have this book too. I haven’t had a chance to try any of her recipes yet, but I’m looking forward to trying the coconut cupcakes with the marshmallow swirls- the photo is just divine.

Hi Louise,
I made the Valentine Cupcakes last weekend, and I found that I wound up with WAAAY too much mix - it made 24 cupcakes AND a cake. I’m not particularly sure why - I think I’ll go back to halving the recipes again. The Vanilla cupcake is the standout, still.

The White choc mud cupcakes (Lady Tarryn’s Wedding Cakes) kept for a week without any drying out.

I love the simplicity in the instructions given, and I’m a huge fan of this book.
