Sharlene: No, well that depend on when they are going to be eaten of course. The cupcakes will be dry if kept in the fridge.

Cib: I have found two links http://www.thermohauser.com/ and http://www.foodutensils.com.au/plain-thermo-piping-tubes-p-1340.html

I think its a dozen??

Anna: Du få gerna prata svenska;-) Jeg har familie i sverige. Sig till om du skal bruge recepten på dansk/svensk.

Shira: your welcome :-)

Louise, can you please tell me where you purchase the thermo tip 11 from? I've googled but can't find anything and I so love your perfect swirls on those yummy looking cupcakes. And can you tell me how many liners come to a package? I couldn't find any info regarding this on the site

Thanks a ton Louise - I have been so looking forward to a receipe for the swirl-impact type buttercream - the effect is stunning. Do they have to be refrigerated?

Lady MSG: I use a plastic tip called "Thermo" this is tip 11

Toni: dont you have the lace-cut ones?? I really like these as they are a bit cheaper than the other ones.

Marielba: Im glad that you find the post usefull. Thats whats its all about :-)

Shira: I finish this comment off with the recipe. THX

Sweetcakes: This is a tip 11 from Thermo.

Ulla: det er en heftig chokolade fudge frosting. Minder meget om den fra KP altså den som Ebban har posted.

Cake Bunny: Well the new style in my photo's is because of my new light box :-) and my brother have lent me his brilliant Canon lens.

Kate from oz: You bake like normal and put the cc in the wrap (still in the paper cases) just before you are going to decorate. You can get the laser-cut ones from here http://www.shopbakersnook.com/329.html They ship to the oz :-)

Kerry rowe: yep here it comes:

Chocolate butter cream: (If you use a good dark cocoa powder you may want to reduce the amount of it. Its strong in taste)

2 cups icing sugar
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 cup of unsalted butter
3-5 tbsp of milk
pinch of salt

Mix it all well. It may take more/less icing sugar or milk.
