Pretty Party Cakes - book review

I have read “Pretty Party Cakes” by Peggy Porschen over and over again. Since I got it, it has been a great source of inspiration for me. In this book Peggy Porschen shows you how to create amazing cakes that taste great for any occation. The variation is great and the content includes sections about cakes, cookies and cupcakes. Another great thing is the “step by step” instruction on how to make cakes. These makes it much easier to get started. The book also content a selection of Peggy Porschen’s delicious cakes recipies. I highly reccomend this book for anyone with passion for cake crafting and decoration

I Love Cookies

I love making cookies and I have found a lot of inspiration in some of my cookie books. To name some good cookie books there is:
The Flour Pot Cookie Book, Creative Cookies and Pretty Party Cakes

When making cookies I have found it better to use icing sugar insted of caster sugar. It gives me a more smoothe cookie dough that dont crumble. When decorate the cookie I use royal icing. I buy my cookie cutters from here: CopperGifts.com, Kitchen Collectables and Cakes, Cookies & Crafts Shop

Here are some of the cookies I have made recently.
